Live Fish Shipping

At Wonderworld Aquarium and Pet Centre, we take care when preparing live fish orders for their journey to you.

Live fish orders are generally shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excluding public holidays, using an overnight courier service. Shipping days may vary depending on weather, courier availability and the welfare of the fish. We’ll contact you if your order needs to be delayed.

Special-order fish may need to be shipped the following week, depending on availability and arrival times.

We also aim to send any dry goods ordered with your fish, such as fish food, aquarium medications and spare parts, with your live fish shipment.

Special Requests

Looking for a particular gender, colour or marking? Let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Please keep in mind that fish are living animals, and availability can change quickly. We can’t guarantee every request, as this depends on the fish available at the time your order is prepared.

At Wonderworld, the welfare of our fish is always a priority, and we appreciate your understanding when availability or shipping conditions mean we need to make adjustments.

The actual product may vary from the images shown on this website.
