This Flea Powder is gentle on both Pets and their owners. It contains odor absorbing organic powders and clays, Anti-itch oils, Diatemaceous Earth and Cider Vinegar Powder. Apply as needed, avoiding breathing the dust. The ingredients are all non-toxic but the DE has a caution on it about inhalation. For larger areas, you can use a dust mask, and maybe place a thin damp cloth over your pets face - gently of course! Once applied you can 'stroke' or brush it in, and the deodorising effect is immediate. Ideal for older dogs, as they can get quite smelly. And bathing too often is not ideal, as even with the most gentle soap or shampoo will dry out natural oils in their coats. DE can be applied on its own, but has a 'chalky' sticky feel on hands which isn't all that nice. This powder feels very smooth to the touch and smells nice.
